Campaign Update - Week of 5/16/2011

New Hearing Date
The hearing with Judge Manners is now Monday, November 7, 2011 and will be here in St. Louis. We will keep you abreast of any new developments.

Petition Push
As previously stated, the Campaign would like to add 5,000 new signatures to Reggie’s current collection. These would be local, face to face contacts as we build for the hearing. Of course, the online petition is always available for people’s convenience.
We need volunteers to collect signatures at the upcoming African Arts Festival on May 27-30 (Sat-Mon). The Festival is at the World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park and goes pretty much all day. If you can volunteer for a ½ hour, an hour or two, that would be fantastic. If you want to cover other events that you will be attending, that’s fine too. Either way, please let us know ASAP.

New Collaborations on the Horizon
We have some exciting projects in the works and look forward to sharing them as they get finalized.
